**2. Products and information**
We try to show our products, features and images as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screens and photography. Product details, compatibility and offers may change without notice.
**3. Prices and payment**
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details. We may cancel an order if a price or product was shown incorrectly due to an error. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
**4. Offers and discounts**
Offers such as Buy 2 Save 5% and the Complete Drive Combo apply only as shown on the website and at checkout. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may change or end at any time.
**5. Orders**
An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock issues, suspected fraud, incorrect delivery details or a non-serviceable pincode. If payment was made, we refund the full amount.
**6. Shipping, replacements and warranty**
Shipping, replacements, refunds and warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.
**7. Safe use**
Our phone holders are designed to help you use navigation hands-free. Always follow traffic laws and never operate your phone while driving. Install the holder so it does not block your view, airbags or vehicle controls. SSVCAAR® is not responsible for loss or damage caused by unsafe or improper use.
**8. Limitation of liability**
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
**9. Intellectual property**
The SSVCAAR® name, logo, product designs, images and website content belong to SSVCAAR® and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
