How to delete your data from SSVCAAR®
SSVCAAR® respects your privacy. If you want us to delete your personal data, you can ask us at any time.
What data we may hold
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your delivery address and order details
- Your WhatsApp messages with our business number, such as order updates and support chats
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@ssvcaar.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Write your full name and the phone number or email you used to order.
- You can also message us on WhatsApp from the same number and write "Delete my data".
What happens next
- We will confirm your request within 3 working days.
- We will delete your personal data within 30 days.
- Some records, such as GST invoices and payment records, must be kept as required by Indian tax and accounting laws. We will keep only what the law needs, and delete the rest.
